Refund and cancellation policy

1. The 14-day commercial guarantee

We voluntarily grant a 14-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date, covering every product sold on this site, including complementary offers and offers presented after payment.

Within that period we refund the full amount paid, with nothing withheld and no explanation required.

2. Statutory withdrawal rights

This guarantee is additional to, and broader than, the 14-day right of withdrawal granted to European Union consumers and the 7-day right of regret under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Nothing in this policy limits rights the law grants to consumers.

3. How to ask

Reply to the purchase confirmation email, or write to support@mylilstep.com quoting the email address used at checkout. You can also reach us on +55 16 99750-7256.

There are no forms to fill in, no reason to give, and nothing to return or delete.

4. Timing

We acknowledge the request within 2 business days and start the refund within 3 business days.

The refund goes back to the original payment method. When it actually lands depends on the issuing bank and usually takes 5 to 10 business days, which is outside our control.

We charge no processing fee for refunds.

5. Orders with more than one item

If the order included a complementary offer or a post-payment offer, you can ask for a refund of everything or only part of it. Just tell us which.

6. When we may refuse

We reserve the right to refuse clearly abusive requests, in particular repeated purchases of the same product followed by refund requests, or cases where unauthorised distribution of the files is established.

In those cases the decision is given in writing with reasons, and the consumer's right to challenge it through legal channels is unaffected.

7. Card chargebacks

Before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first. In the vast majority of cases we resolve it within hours and at no cost to anyone.
