Terms and conditions of use and sale
These terms govern access to mylilstep.com and the purchase of the digital products sold here. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted them.
1. Who you are buying from
mylilstep.com and the Lilstep name are operated by Alan Aparecido da Silva, an individual registered under CPF 470.921.058-62, at Avenida José Cendon Farto, 760, Araraquara/SP — 14806-361, Brasil.
For anything about orders, payments, delivery or refunds: support@mylilstep.com or +55 16 99750-7256.
These details match the payment processing account used to charge orders.
2. What is being sold
Lilstep sells downloadable digital content: PDF files containing printable activities, weekly usage plans and support guides for parents and carers of children aged 0 to 6.
No physical goods are sold, and no nursery service, in-person teaching, tutoring, individual educational follow-up, psychological assessment or medical advice is provided. The content is informational and recreational in nature.
The detailed description of each offer, with the list of what is included, is shown on the sales page at the time of purchase and forms part of this contract.
3. Capacity and acceptance
Only people aged 18 or over with legal capacity to contract may purchase. By completing the order the customer confirms that they meet those requirements.
Acceptance of these terms is given expressly, through the confirmation checkbox shown before payment. Without that acceptance the order does not proceed.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are the final amount payable, including applicable taxes at the date of purchase where due.
The binding price is the one displayed on the payment screen at the moment the order is confirmed. Later price changes do not affect completed orders.
If the card was issued outside the eurozone, the issuing bank may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction fees. Those charges belong to the customer's bank and are not received by Lilstep.
On card statements the charge appears as MYLILSTEP.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted, as are Apple Pay and Google Pay where available on the customer's device.
Card details are entered in Stripe's secure environment and never pass through Lilstep servers. We do not store, and cannot access, the full card number.
An order is only complete once the payment is confirmed. If authorisation is declined, no contract is formed and nothing is charged.
6. Optional add-ons during checkout
Before payment an optional complementary offer may be presented, selectable via its own checkbox. It is only charged if expressly ticked, and the total is updated on screen before confirmation.
After payment a second optional offer may be presented, charged with a single click to the payment method already authorised. That additional charge only happens if the customer presses the confirmation button, the price is always shown up front, and it can be declined with no consequence to the purchase already made.
None of these offers creates a subscription, a monthly fee or any recurring charge.
7. Delivery
Delivery is entirely digital, by email to the address given at checkout, usually within minutes and never later than 24 hours.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check spam and promotions folders. If nothing arrives within that window, write to support@mylilstep.com and we resend at no cost.
There is no physical shipment, no shipping cost and no transport time. Full conditions are in the Delivery policy.
8. Right of withdrawal and commercial guarantee
Customers resident in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As this is digital content supplied immediately, that statutory right lapses once the download begins, subject to the customer's prior express consent given in the confirmation checkbox shown before payment.
The Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, which applies to the seller, also grants a 7-day right of regret.
Independently of the above, Lilstep voluntarily grants a 14-day commercial guarantee that is broader than the law requires: within that period we refund the full amount paid on simple request to support@mylilstep.com, with no justification required and nothing withheld. Details are in the Refund policy.
9. Licence to use
The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and perpetual licence to use, store and print the files within the customer's own household.
Reselling, renting, distributing, sharing publicly, uploading to file-sharing platforms, using in a commercial, school or institutional context, or creating derivative works is not permitted without written consent. Full conditions are in the Licence.
10. Intellectual property
All text, illustrations, photographs, trade marks, logos, layout and files supplied are owned by Alan Aparecido da Silva or used under a valid licence.
The purchase transfers no intellectual property rights, only the right of use described above.
11. Misuse
Accessing the site through automated means that compromise its operation, attempting to circumvent security measures, using third-party payment details without authorisation, or providing false information at checkout is prohibited.
Breach may lead to suspension of access and revocation of the licence with no refund, without prejudice to civil and criminal liability.
12. Site availability
We aim to keep the site continuously available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failure or causes beyond our control. Such interruptions do not give rise to compensation.
Files already delivered do not depend on the site to be used: once downloaded, they stay on the customer's device.
13. Limitation of liability
The activities are intended to be carried out under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times. That adult is responsible for judging whether each activity suits the individual child, particularly regarding small parts, scissors, glue and food.
Lilstep is not liable for damage arising from use of the materials in breach of the safety guidance or without adult supervision, and does not guarantee specific developmental outcomes, which depend on each child. See the Disclaimer.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that mandatory law does not allow to be excluded.
14. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation for customers in the European Union and with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law.
15. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time. The version applying to each purchase is the one published on the site when that purchase is completed, and that is the version that binds the parties.
16. Governing law and disputes
Brazilian law applies, with the courts of the district of Araraquara, state of São Paulo, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own domicile.
Consumers resident in the European Union may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. That right is not affected by the choice of forum above.
